About this Event
We Are Survivors has spent the last 17 years supporting men (including trans and non-binary individuals) who have experienced sexual harms across Greater Manchester and the North West. You may already be familiar with our organisation, or this may be your first introduction to our work.
The purpose of the Professional Drop-In is to meet colleagues across services in Trafford, share information about the support we provide, learn more about your service, and strengthen local connections. This will help ensure that survivors can access timely, appropriate support to aid their recovery across each local authority. We want to develop strong referral pathways with local organisations, creating wrap around support for men who need support.
Together we can ensure No Male Survivor is Left Behind.
This event is delivered in collaboration with Bluesci - Old Trafford Wellbeing Centre where We Are Survivors provides services every Friday at their venue, as part of our ‘Speaking Out’ project.
