MARK YOUR CALENDAR!MSU Hong Kong Spartans Alumni Club will be hosting the annual professional networking event, Spartans' Spotlight Series, on November 20, Wednesday.
Join us for an inspiring event that raises mental health awareness and cultivates mental toughness. This year, we've gathered a panel of distinguished speakers with the inclusion of our fellow alumni —a representative from the China Hong Kong Paralympic Committee, a 5x Hong Kong Olympian, and a seasoned tennis coach—will share their personal and professional insights on mental health's crucial role in overcoming challenges.
Throughout the event, our speakers will discuss their experiences with mental health, offering both first-hand and third-person perspectives on cultivating mental toughness during difficult times. The importance of acknowledging mental health, fostering open communication, and showing empathy to those in need, shall be great examples to address the inner worries we all have with ourselves.
*Please note this event will be fully conducted in Cantonese*

Fee: Free entry [Cash bar policy on food and drinks]
*All guests are expected to consume at least ONE standard drinks from the menu, and a la carte snacks will be available for ordering on request throughout the event.
