About this Event
The training sessions will cover everything you need to know in order to successfully deliver the SPARK Resilience programme. An additional follow-up support and good practice session is included.
SPARK Resilience is a 10-session programme, ideal for children at the end of primary school or beginning of secondary school. It uses mindfulness, positive psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to give children skills to boost their strengths, control strong emotions and reframe their thinking.
