About this Event
This tasting will focusing on white wines from Northern Spain & the Atlantic region. Wines from this terroir are known for their crisp salinity, oceanic minerality and bright acidity as a result of the cooler-climate and high rainfall. Leading the tasting will be Miguel Crunia, who regularly visits the vineyards and has a close relationship with the Viñadores of this region.
Miguel has also been recently listed within the UK's Top 50 Sommeliers ranked in 7th position. He also works as a panellist for some wine magazines, and is becoming one of the leading voices when talking about wines from the Atlantic regions, being hire to run Masterclasses, and to speak at wine conferences. Recently he is also developing his career as a wine writer collaborating with specialised magazines and he has been interviewed by Decanter due to his leading role within the industry.
