About this Event
A welcoming, community-based session curated by The Art of Living Singapore to support emotional wellbeing for youths and working adults. Through simple guided movement, breathing and sound awareness, participants will explore practical ways to manage stress, improve focus and reconnect with themselves.
No prior experience is needed. A safe and comfortable space to slow down, reset and learn easy techniques that can be applied in everyday life.
This workshop is presented as part of SPANDA – Rise of the Inner Pulse, a cross-cultural dance theatre production exploring balance, energy and inner awareness through Indian classical and contemporary movement.
The full stage production will be held from 4 &5 April 2026 at Stamford Arts Centre (Black Box), bringing this journey to life through immersive storytelling and performance.
