The Space City Half makes its debut on Sunday, April 19, 2026, bringing the same fast, scenic course and seamless race experience as the Houston Turkey Dash to a new spring event.Featuring a half marathon, 10K, 5K, and mile run, this exciting addition to the calendar serves as the Season Opener of the Lone Star Race Series, following the Sugar Land and Texas City Half Marathons. Runners can expect a fun, flat course through Houston’s westside inner loop—perfect for chasing a PR or enjoying a great race atmosphere.

7:00 AM – Half Marathon Start
7:25 AM – Adaptive Athlete 5K/10K Start
