Tapping into your Goddess Energy means showing up for YOU, taking up space and pouring into your cup until it is overflowing. The Goddess Twerkshop is NOT just a dance class. It's "dance therapy" as some have called it. This class incorporates the mind-body-spirit connection to support each Goddess in building confidence, affirming self, creating an abundant mindset and increasing movement.
Join Dr. Rah for a Goddess Twerkshop in the Queen City! The class will include positive mindset affirmations, twerk/dance drills, and a fun-upbeat choreographed routine with a final performance (optional recording at the end). All levels are welcomed! This is a JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE and you do NOT need prior dance experience to join.
As a Licensed Behavior Specialist Dr. Radhia understands the importance of holistic wellness and incorporates connections with the mind , body, and spirit during class. She cultivates a safe and welcoming space for women of all ages (must be 18), shapes, and sizes. Let's put our energy together to walk in our confidence and unleash our inner Goddesses through movement and mindset.

This authorization shall extend to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or later discovered. This authorization shall continue indefinitely unless you revoke this authorization in writing. You waive your right to inspect or approve any finish product in which your likeness is used. You will make no monetary or other claim in connection with the authorized use of your name or photos, video, interviews, and quotes.
