The Salad Project x Bola – Beach Tennis in the City
An evening on the sand, right in the middle of Hackney. Join us at Bola for a one-off summer session of beach tennis - coaching, practice and match play for all levels.
We’ll start with refreshments on arrival, followed by a quick introduction and warm-up before hitting the courts. Coaches will guide small groups through the basics before matches get underway.
Post-play, we’ll wind down with The Salad Project salads, cocktails by Pimentae and soft drinks by Aqua de madre, as the sun sets.

Evening Schedule
- 6:30pm – Welcome with refreshing non-alcoholic drinks.
- 6:40pm – Introduction to beach tennis, followed by a light warm-up.
- 6:55pm – Split into groups for coaching and skill practice.
- 7:15pm – Matches and gameplay.
- 8:00–8:15pm – Salads and drinks from The Salad Project.
What to wear: Activewear or any comfortable outfit you can move in and feel great wearing.
