A program that is specifically designed to help others learn to cook healthy meals on a budget. It is not only a program that allows everyone to plan, and prepare healthy and budget friendly meals for themselves, and their families, but also recognizes and supports the connection between healthy food and positive mental health.
No extensive cooking experience required, just the desire to learn from others, and the willingness to participate.
