Come along for a fun session and connect with other mums in a low-key, stress-free environment. This is a beginner-friendly session, so no experience is needed - just come along and have a good time!

The Southside Women’s Wellbeing Group welcomes all women with children aged 0-5 years. You don’t have to be a current client to join!
Adjunct childcare is available, but spots are limited—if it’s full, you’re still welcome to join in with your bub by your side. Please bring anything your baby needs to be comfy, including a pram and essentials.
