This month, we have Dan Smith joining us from Cleveland, TN.
Dan's bio:
Dan moved to Tennessee in 1997 and jumped headfirst in real estate. He bought his first rental property that year to begin his real estate career. After getting married in 1999, Dan and his wife continued buying real estate together. Dan had already picked up a few rental properties before they were married, and from there they began steadily growing their portfolio with rentals, fix and flips, and any opportunity they could responsibly take on.
Over the last 25 years, Dan’s passion for real estate has only grown. They have invested across several asset classes, including residential, commercial, and self-storage.
As they watched their sons begin their own real estate journeys, one thing stood out: funding is almost always a hurdle. Out of that need, Dan has started Goshen Funding. This company was created to give investors access to the capital they need to move on good deals.
Dan has a passion to help lead the next generation into a prosperous real estate journey. He is continually pouring out of himself to guide in any way he can to those around him. Dan’s heart for others is evident in his speech and actions. His excitement and passion always shows through his conversation.
