I've finally decided to bite the bullet and organise a SouthIndian4Me Cooking Class. It will be for a small group of 4 people at my home in Holcombe Brook. When? Sunday 8th March 2026. 11 am start and finish by 3 pm.
As a group, you will make 4 dishes to enjoy for lunch.
💚 Veg Pulao
💛 Chicken Curry or Potato Curry (if all 4 attendees are veg/vegan)
💚 Black Eyed Beans Kurma
💛 Devilled Masala Eggs or Masala Aloo
Plus a quick Tomato Chutney & Papad.
You will use the SouthIndian4Me masalas as the starting point to create a different spice blend for each dish.
It is £45 pp and strictly pre-booked.
Gift it to your mum, yourself or come together to learn something new & have a delicious lunch.
Email [email protected] to book your place and let me know in case of any allergies and food preferences. Also let me know if there's any specific dish you would like to learn, as the menu is flexible as long as I have plenty of notice.
