About this Event
Join us for an engaging evening exploring the Future of Work for South Asian Women.
This dynamic gathering brings together professionals, leaders, and community members to connect, reflect, and reimagine what lies ahead.
The evening gathering will include:
- Welcome greetings from community leaders and advocates
- A thought-provoking panel discussion featuring voices shaping conversations around workforce inclusion, career advancement, and economic mobility for South Asian women.
- Focused working session with Eva Oloumi from Paradeigma that guides participants to look beyond immediate workplace challenges and examine deeper narratives, assumptions, and structural forces shaping the future of work for South Asian women. The session will help participants connect present-day realities to longer-term possibilities, identify where change is constrained or enabled, and leave with clearer perspectives on agency, leverage, and direction.
- Intentional networking, creating space to build meaningful connections across industries and experiences.
Whether you’re early in your career, navigating leadership, or invested in advancing equity, this event is an opportunity to learn, connect, and help shape a more inclusive future together.
Let’s come together to imagine what’s possible and build the future we want to see.
