Welcome to the Sourdough Making Workshop at Lucas Sellers Wine! Join us on Sunday, January 11, 2026 at 1:00 PM for a fun and interactive event where you'll learn how to make delicious sourdough bread from scratch.
This workshop is perfect for beginners and bread enthusiasts alike. Our experienced sourdough guru, Jen, will guide you through the process step by step, sharing tips and tricks along the way. You'll leave with the knowledge and confidence to bake your own sourdough at home.
Come ready to get your hands dirty! All ingredients and materials will be provided. Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn a new skill and enjoy a day of learning with fellow bread lovers! You will go home with your own starter and a bread loaf, that you made, to go home and bake.
WARNING: You will become obsessed with everything sourdough, you will be making discard recipes, baking all the different types of sourdough bread, and don't forget the foccacia breads! I'm warning you!
