SHAPING MASTERCLASS
Perfect your boule and achieve great oven spring and ears.
Join Baked@number17 for an intensive, hands-on workshop where you'll refine your shaping technique. This will allow you to achieve the tension you need for a good oven spring and those coveted "ears".
What you'll learn:
- We will watch my video tutorials during the class
- I will demonstrate shaping techniques both using your hands and the scraper
- I will show you how to create tension on the dough
- You will have plenty of dough ready to shape and practise on
You'll take home:
- A perfectly shaped boule ready to bake
- Starter if you need it
This class is perfect for those with some sourdough experience who want to master the boule and take their shaping to the next level.
BONUS! You'll also taste my own freshly baked bread during the class.
