Soupi is a pay by donation, vegan community dinner. Our intention is to provide an affordable healthy meal and bring community together.Please bring your own bowl, spoon, mug and donation (suggested $10, kids free). There are some spare bowls, if you borrow one of these please wash, dry and return to the stack to make our clean up at the end easier :)
There is often a music jam happening, so if you enjoy jamming, bring your instrument along to join in :)
If you wish to volunteer to help cook in the afternoon (we start at 2.30, but if you can make it at 3 or 4 or 5 that can also work) please message Kath Grimbly (helpers eat for free)
Can't make it beforehand but still want to help out? We always appreciate some helpers with washing dishes and cleaning up after too
Located at the old South Freo Garden Centre on the corner of Naylor Street & Clontarf Road.
At soupi we cook with all natural ingredients, and endeavour to source them as ethically as we can. Most of the fruit and veg come from a charity organisation called 'Second Bite', which distribute leftovers from supermarkets to people in need and community organisations like us.
For the ingredients we purchase, we endeavour to buy local, choosing low food miles to lessen our footprint on Mama Earth and support local businesses.
