About this Event
Sounds Of Solidarity 2: Our Culture
Join us for Sounds of Solidarity 2: Our Culture, an evening of art, music, poetry, and food that highlights the beauty and resilience of our Arab culture. Now more than ever, we must lean on one another and build with each other the community that would protect and preserve our heritage and existence. The threat to our people, the people of the Levant, is not just physical but cultural, with attempts to rewrite history and claim what has always been ours.
This event is a call to share everything that makes us us. We are here, we speak our words, tell our stories, sing our songs, and share our food, rooted in our peoples' resilience, love for life, and eternal connection to the land.
The night will be filled with performances from incredible artists, musicians, and poets. Each artist bringing a piece of their heritage and experience to the stage. In addition to the performances, you’ll have the opportunity to explore vendor booths with handmade crafts, and merch. Homemade traditional food will be served!
All to raise funds for mutual aid and direct relief for families in Lebanon and Gaza. There's an option to top up your ticket purchase with a donation, please give as much as you can!
The event will be live-streamed on YouTube.
