Soundbowls + Mat Stretch

So many of you asked at the May 2nd event for a Soundbath and Wellness Event. Here it is: Join us at Drip Creative Studio on June 14, 2026 at 4:00 PM (PDT) for a session combining soothing soundbowls and relaxing mat stretches + movement.
If you're like me, sometimes overthinking or busy- this will help slow you down and reset your body and nervous system. Come as you are and leave feeling calm and restored. perfect way to unwind, stretch out, and relax before starting your week.
Bonus: We will also have ear seeding (optional for you) from Gab at Sol Den Acupuncture to continue the relaxation. I've personally had several Acupuncture sessions from her and she was made to do what she does!
