This Sound Bath offers a soothing journey into deep relaxation, sound healing, and meditation — a gentle yet powerful way to reset your mind, body, and energy. Surrounded by the vibrational frequencies of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, crystal bell and pyramid, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, you’ll be guided into a peaceful meditative state that promotes stress relief, mindfulness, and emotional balance.
The sound waves resonate through the body, helping to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore energetic harmony. Many people experience sensations of peace, warmth, or clarity as their body enters a natural state of healing.
All mats, bolsters, cushions, and blankets are provided, but you are welcome to bring anything that helps you feel extra comfortable.

Sound Baths are generally safe and restorative, but please consult your GP and notify the facilitator before the session if you are:
- Pregnant (especially in the first trimester)
- Fitted with a pacemaker, hearing aid, or other implanted device
- Prone to seizures, epilepsy, or serious mental health conditions
- Highly sensitive to sound or frequency
Participants are encouraged to rest or sit quietly if at any point they feel emotional, dizzy, or light-headed. Staying hydrated before and after helps with energy integration and grounding.
