Hi I am Sanchia and I run local Bushey and wider catchment areas Soundbaths, Pilates classes and Mind & Body retreats. I also have an holistic treatments room in Bushey.
What are Soundbaths?
These are relaxing meditation soundbath classes. These classes start with easy to follow meditation, around breathwork, body relaxation and mindfulness. The vibrational sounds that follow are from instruments that work like 'white noise', calming brainwaves and calming busy minds. A powerful way to calm the mind, body and nervous system. Reconnecting and grounding to yourself.
Sound instruments can include crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, ocean drum and more. The result is deep relaxation. Sound has been used to benefit wellbeing for over 4000 years, across many countries and cultures.
