We are gathering to connect and honour our inner temples: That deep and sacred place within all of us where our intuition speaks clearly and we allow a remembrance of our connection with the seasons, our ancestors and our individual paths. All held in love and harmony.
You will be invited to write your intentions, guided into movements inspired by the five elements and then fully relax your five senses through the frequency and vibration of sound and the power of reiki healing. We will close our journey with a sharing circle, a special tea and some snacks to ground before we depart.
We advise to have a light meal at least two hours before the event and avoid caffeine, alcohol and recreational drugs. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring some water.
