If you are new to sound baths or if you participated in the practice before, join us for our Sound Therapy Series with Robyn to understand the benefits of sound and why so many are loving it and adding it to their wellness routine.We will use Crystal Bowls that are attuned to the 7 main energy centres in our body (our 7 Chakras) and each week Robyn will guide you to explore a different tone, noticing how it resonates in your body. Robyn will invite you to try yourself, so not only will you learn the science behind this practice, but you will learn how to play the bowls too!
We will finish each session with a relaxing 40 minutes sound bath you leave relaxed and ready for a good night's rest.
Best to join us for the whole series but you can also join us for single sessions.
Each week we will explore a different Chakra:
20 Sep Root Chakra: Red, C Note - Feel safe and grounded, release fear + Navel Chakra: Orange, D Note - Pleasure, creativity and expressions of emotions
27 Sep Solar Plexus Chakra: Yellow, E Note - Action and transformation, self-esteem and purpose + Heart Chakra: Green, F Note - Healing, love energy, compassion, empathy, and forgiveness
4 Oct Throat Chakra: Blue, G Note - Find your voice and speak your truth + Third Eye Chakra: Indigo, A Note - Tap into your innate wisdom, tune into trust and intuition
11 Oct Crown Chakra: Purple, B Note - Spiritual connection to the universe and your higher power
