Our first monthly session will began on May 27th, and will continue on the last Wednesday of each month. Hosted by Natural Awakening Wellness Center located on the lower level of WCS (Wike Counseling Services), grateful to offer a monthly Sound Meditation session in this beautiful space.
Join me for a gentle, restorative 45-minute sound meditation designed to calm the nervous system, soften the body, and invite deep rest and inner clarity.
This experience blends soothing frequencies from quartz crystal singing bowls and gong, and requires no prior experience. Simply come as you are.
Space is intentionally limited to maintain a peaceful and supportive environment so advance registration is required to reserve your spot.
Please bring your own:
• Mat
• Pillows, padding, or extra comfort items
• Cozy, loose clothing is recommended
