Lisa invites you to attend a relaxing and healing session of meditation facilitated by the transformative sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, North American hoop drum, crystal singing bowls, percussion and overtone singing and vocals.Perfect for everyone, those new to meditation through to experienced seekers, as a short guided journey leads you to a space where you can dream, relax or sleep. This focussed me-time assists your higher self to clear blocks, to balance and regenerate using the various sounds for healing on the physical, mental and emotional levels and to open to higher consciousness.
