ABOUT:
Sound healing is an ancient meditative practise that uses different musical implements to create healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state.
Using quartz crystal bowls frequencies for healing different parts of the body and mind. during this deep meditation experience, you will be guided to relax and let you of any stress and tension you might be holding onto and accept the sound energy into the body to promote healing so you can step into the world feeling refreshed and revived.
Listen to the sounds of the bowls as you journey deep within and experience hands on energy healing to deepen your experience and help you move through life with more ease and grace.
This is an experience of a nurturing sound bathing and energy healing, you will leave feeling held, nourished and renewed.

Here’s some helpful information to read before you join us:
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring some water to keep you hydrated, your mat, and a blanket and pillow to class. Mats are available at the venue if you don’t have one.
We ask you to arrive 10 minutes early for your class or workshop. This is important due to the nature of the activity and to avoid interrupting the experience for other participants.
