Experience a Restorative Sound Journey
Step into a space of stillness and presence through the immersive practice of sound. This Sound Journey invites you gently reconnect with yourself and come back into balance, through simply relaxing and surrendering into the sound. The soundscape will include a blend of various instruments: crystal singing bowls, didgeridoo, Crystanium gong, voice, shruti box, flute, and koshi chimes may be included—each played with care and intention to support a calming and grounding experience. As the journey unfolds, and you tune more deeply into your senses, the vibrational patterns and rhythms of the crystal bowls and gong assist to slow the brainwaves into deeper states of relaxation and presence. Whether you're seeking stress relief, a meditative experience, or simply a break from the daily hustle, this Sound Journey event offers a unique opportunity to explore the restorative qualities of sound in a welcoming and supportive environment.
No prior experience is necessary, and all are welcome to attend. Come as you are, and let the power of sound guide you on a transformative journey.

Please arrive 15min early to get settled.
Yoga mats and pillow's are provided.
Bring:
- blanket, anything you need for comfort laying down for 75min
