We’re excited to present The (M) Factor 2, a film exploring perimenopause symptoms, solutions, and real women’s stories.
From the producers of the groundbreaking documentary The (M) Factor comes The (M) Factor 2: Before The Pause (Perimenopause), a powerful new film continuing the vital conversation about women’s hormones, health, and the changes that shape this stage of life.
Blending expert insights with women’s real experiences, the film looks at how perimenopause affects your heart, bone, brain, and sexual health, and the solutions helping women thrive through it.
An event hosted by Aspire Naturopathic Health Centre, facilitating the screening of the film, followed by an expert panel, open discussion and Q & A.
🎤 Meet Our Panel Speakers:
Dr. Emily Habert, ND
A Naturopathic Physician who is passionate about helpingher patients find their voice in their health care so that they can truly thrive. A leader in her Naturopathic Medicine practice for 15 years, Dr. Habert is a mother of two and the director of Aspire Naturopathic Health Centre in North Vancouver.
Leslie Grant, RHNC
A functional nutritionist and strategic health coach, who utilizes evidence-based nutritional and behavioral science to deliver results. Leslie helps her clients to uncover the root causes of their health imbalances and provides individualized, step-by-step protocols for them to follow so that they can live a healthier more balanced life.

There’s a large underground parkade right at the building, plus outdoor and nearby street parking—so finding a spot is usually easy, especially if you arrive a bit early.
