September marks the start of Autumn wonderfully described by John Keats in his poem”Ode To Autumn” which celebrates the fullness of life as the season “of mists and mellow fruitfulness”. A practical and invaluable way to join that celebration and enhance your personal wellbeing is by attending a Gail Stewart Sound Journey and reaping its many benefits. Well you are in luck because Gail’s next Sound Journey is at Pontcanna in September you are invited!

Gail is an experienced respected and very popular Sound Journey facilitator. A Sound Journey offers a healing process that can quiet your mind and at the same time help relax your body! It is a most wonderful and joyful experience to simply lie back and be healed by the wizardry of the interwoven sound vibrations! Gail's presentation will be beautifully complemented and enhanced by Susie Verran.

A Sound Journey is essentially a healing musical performance played out through Himalayan singing bowls crystal bowls gongs and a variety of other often unusual sound-producing instruments complemented by the human voice. Participants lie on the floor and allow the waves of sound to flow over embrace and permeate them.

At the event ensure that you make yourself comfortable! Ideally please bring something soft supportive and snug to lie on including a head support and also something to cover you.
