Káti Franco is a gifted sound healer and musician whose voice is as grounding as it is ethereal. At her sessions, she doesn’t just play instruments—she guides you on a journey with gentle prompts, intuitive words, and soulful sounds that invite you to relax, release, and expand.
Those who have experienced her journeys often describe them as deeply moving and restorative—like being sung back home to yourself.
Immerse yourself in a transformative sound journey where your body, mind, and spirit are gently guided into harmony. Let the healing frequencies of sound bowls, guitar, shamanic drumming, singing, and the Native American flute carry you inward.
Paired with guided breathwork and Káti’s soothing voice, this experience helps you release tension, awaken your senses, and reconnect with peace.
Leave your mat feeling restored, at peace, and deeply at ease.
This is a nondenominational sound practice that honors all aspects of mother nature and our natural connection to the Earth, It is an inclusive and safe space where everyone is invited, regardless of their personal beliefs or spiritual background.
Let us bring and connect all our energy, vibration, and frequency together as one. Be and support community.
The space is a hard floor so, to ensure maximum comfort, we encourage you to bring:
- Yoga mats
- Foam pad
- Pillows
- Blankets
- Eye mask
- Water Bottle
- Anything to make your experience relaxing and comfortable
