February lives in the quiet in-between — the cold still present, but something subtle beginning to stir beneath the surface. This monthly sound journey is an invitation to tend to that inner warmth and create space for softness, circulation, and gentle renewal.
The experience weaves together immersive sound, guided Yoga Nidra, and the option of cupping for those who wish to deepen their physical release. Sound waves move through the body like slow currents, helping dissolve stagnation and support the nervous system in settling into a steady, receptive state. Yoga Nidra offers a spacious resting place for the mind, allowing awareness to drift while the body fully lets go.
Optional cupping may be incorporated to encourage flow, warmth, and a sense of openness — especially supportive during the winter months when the body can feel held or contracted.
This is not a practice of doing, but of allowing. A mid-winter pause to soften the edges, warm the heart, and listen closely to what’s quietly emerging.
