This is not your typical sound bath.
Imagine being surrounded by the expansive tones of multiple gongs, the rhythmic sounds of a native flute, drums, rattles, singing bowls, chimes, rain instruments, seed instruments, and layered sound moving through the room like waves.
Every practitioner brings a unique sound to the soundscape.
Together, the experience becomes something larger… richer… deeper.

ARRIVE EARLY!
Doors will close promptly at the start of the event—once we begin, no late entry will be allowed to ensure an uninterrupted, peaceful experience for everyone. Arriving early gives you time to create your own cozy space on the floor and settle in.
WHAT TO BRING
- Yoga mat
- Blankets and/or pillows
- Eye mask (optional)
- Water bottle
WHAT TO EXPECT
There will be five sound practitioners playing during the event. At different times, they will be playing instruments over you and around you.
They will play several sound instruments throughout the event. The sound may be loud at times—especially when the gong is used to clear the energies in the room and within you. If you’re sensitive to sound or use a hearing aid, please adjust for your comfort.
SOCIAL CONNECTION
We will be serving herbal tea afterwards. This will be a great time to connect with the practitioner and the other attendees. We hope you will hang out with us after the event.
LOCATION: Historic Merritt Wellness Center at Sloan's Lake in Denver. 2246 Irving Street Denver, Colorado 80211. There are a few buildings and entrances. We will be in the church building. Parking available in the lot and on the street.
