Sound Immersion Journey

Sound and vibrational healing is an ancient practice. Please join me in a Sacred Sound Healing Journey at the beautiful Barn at Windpointe in Freeport tucked away in a mossy forest. We begin our time with intention setting and an invocation to open sacred space. I pair my vocalizations with the crystal bowls, gong, chimes, rattles, drums, didgeridoo and shruti box creating a mesmerizing soundscape. As the sounds wash over you, your energy field will be recalibrating allowing you to feel deeply relaxed, renewed and restored.

~Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled

~We will be lying down or you may sit on a chair

~ There are yoga mats, bolsters, blankets and cushions, chairs and backjacks if needed

~Bring a water bottle and optional journal

~ Bring anything else you may need to be extra comfortable lying on the floor

~ Eye masks are highly recommended
