Step into a deeply restorative Sound Bath led by Noreen Bednar, RYT500 & Reiki Master, and Sophia Levy, BMus. This one-hour session combines:

- Immersive sound using quartz sound bowls, Koshi chimes, tuning forks, and more
- Essential oils to enhance relaxation
- Opportunities to simply rest, receive, and restore
Ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, balance, or deep relaxation, this experience is gentle, restorative, and non-physical. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

About the Instructors
Noreen Bednar, RYT-500 & Reiki Master Noreen is a compassionate and experienced yoga instructor with over 14 years of teaching. She is a Yoga Alliance–certified RYT-500 instructor and a Reiki Master Practitioner in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system. Her expertise spans Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Flow, Restorative, and Yin Yoga, with a focus on guiding students of all ages toward holistic mind-body-spirit well-being.
Noreen carefully considers each participant’s abilities and limitations, designing individualized plans that integrate asana, guided meditation, and therapeutic sound tools such as quartz bowls, Koshi chimes, and essential oils. She is passionate about creating deeply restorative, meaningful experiences and empowering participants to achieve their personal wellness goals.
Sophia Levy is a lifelong musician and composer who studied at Berklee College of Music and has spent decades creating, producing, and teaching music. A published songwriter and producer, her work has been featured on network television in the U.S. and across Asia. She proudly owned and ran Sophia Music Studio for over a decade, and has now returned passionately to creating music with renewed purpose and heart. Alongside her music career, Sophia has lived a deep wellness journey through yoga, meditation, movement, and mindful living. Today she brings these worlds together, offering sound healing and music meditation experiences that support calm, creativity, and whole-body wellbeing.
