Join me and an adorable educational ambassador opossum in our Weaving with an Opossum event.
Learn the traditional art of pine needle basket weaving in the presence of an opossum while also learning about the symbolism and importance of opossums for the indigenous tribes of Virginia. Every participant will have a beautiful weaving to take home.
The cost is $30 and includes the materials to create a traditional pine needle weaving and a fun meet and greet with an opossum. Awesome Possumz will receive 50% of the registrations to support opossum rescue and rehabilitation in addition to the lifelong care of the educational ambassador opossums.
