Here at A Sacred Sanctuary, we strictly use instruments that are 432 hertz such as the Native American flute, hand pan drum, shamanic drum, crystal bowls, tuning forks, gong and over 20 types of other instruments designed to alleviate stress, tension in the body and that induce feelings of euphoria, peace, and relaxation.
