This Level 1 Crystal Bowl Training is a hands-on, heart-centered immersion designed to teach you how to confidently play crystal singing bowls and guide chakra-based sound journeys that support deep nervous system regulation.

But this isn’t just about learning an instrument.

For me, crystal bowls have become portals — a way to channel peace, clarity, and divine guidance.
They have supported me through seasons of transformation, and they continue to hold me in something bigger than the mind.

In this training, I’ll teach you the technical foundation… and also the energetic mastery:
how to play in a way that feels intentional, grounded, safe, and deeply healing to the body and spirit.
