Singing bowls, gongs and drums are powerful tools, but YOUR voice is uniquely calibrated to YOUR body!
The resonance YOU create through vocal toning is more precise, more personal, and more effective.
Vocal toning is an internal sound bath.
We will begin our morning with a playful exploration.
Using only ink and paper “sets the tone” for the group.
By morning’s end, each individual’s Signature Sound will differ, but our space will be filled with harmonious tones!
All materials are provided.
Just ensure to be dressed comfortably for this uplifting experience and…don’t forget your water bottle.☺️
