Join us for our April Women’s Wellness Circle on Sunday, April 19th at Balance & Beyond located in Nika’s Haven Yoga & Wellness Studio (966 Main Street, Hampton). For this month, we are excited to welcome special guest presenter Alex Tabler for a guided breathwork journey for release, reconnection, and deep rest.
We start with a guided breath practice using a continuous rhythm to help you drop into your body and out of your head. It creates space to release what’s been held and open to what is ready to be felt. Through the breath, you’re invited to reconnect and meet yourself in a new way. We slow with relaxed breathing to allow deep rest to integrate and land.
Alex is a breathwork facilitator and somatic practitioner who is passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down and reconnect to themselves and others. Her work bridges body-based psychology and somatic practices with a more intuitive, earth-based approach, drawing from nature’s rhythms, astrology, Reiki, and ritual to support a deeper, more embodied way of meeting yourself.
As we want our circles to be accessible to anyone who wishes to join us, we will be changing up the way we do things and invite you to contribute what you can towards the rental of the hall and supplies by placing your contribution in the basket at the door. A contribution of $20 is appreciated, but please know that any amount you wish to give is welcomed.
