This is a special monthly collaboration that provides a deeply relaxing sound bath designed to help you unwind at the end of the month and reset as we head into the new month ahead.This restorative, full-body sound immersion uses crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, along with other harmonic instruments to soothe the nervous system, melt away stress, and support your body's natural healing process.
This session is designed to:

- Support self-discovery and inner balance
- Promote a sense of peace and well-being

Mats, blankets, and bolsters are available at the studio if needed. Just wear something comfortable so you can relax.
