Sound Healing: Solar Plexus Chakra

Solar Plexus Chakra Sound Healing invites you to reconnect with your confidence, personal power, and inner strength through sound, breath, and intention. Focused on the energy center connected to self-worth, motivation, boundaries, and empowerment, this session is designed to help you release self-doubt, restore balance, and step more fully into your authentic self.

Using crystal singing bowls and other calming instruments, you will be guided through a gentle sound healing experience in a peaceful and supportive environment. This session is part of a monthly chakra series, but each gathering stands fully on its own, so you are welcome whether this is your first session or one of many.

What to bring

• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

• Blanket and/or pillow for comfort
