The February series kicks off with a special immersive sound healing and vision board experience on February 5 from 7 to 9 p.m. Designed as a guided ritual rather than a traditional yoga class, the event invites guests into a sanctuary of stillness and sound, combining gentle somatic movement, a sound healing journey and intentional vision board creation.
