Join us for an intimate evening of gentle breathwork, immersive sound healing, and Reiki held in a private home sanctuary in San Jose — gathered under the energy of the New Moon in Gemini.
This is a time for softening. For arriving. For letting the breath, sound, and energy do what words cannot.

The evening will move through a gentle arc — opening with conscious breath to settle the body and mind, flowing into an immersive sound healing journey with Reiki woven throughout, resting in integration silence, and closing with harmonium toning to return to voice and presence.
This is a gentle yet powerful container for:
- releasing held tension and mental chatter
- reconnecting with the body and breath
- emotional clearing and renewal
- grounding and nervous system regulation
- resting in sound, stillness, and community
No prior experience with breathwork, Reiki, or meditation is needed. You will be guided through every step of the evening.
What to Expect:
- Arrival & settling — transitioning from the outer world into sacred space
- Gentle opening breathwork — arriving in the body, softening the nervous system
- Brief silent settling — a bridge into deep receptivity
- Immersive sound healing journey — with Reiki energy support woven throughout
- Integration silence — rest and receive
- Harmonium toning — a gentle return to voice and presence before closing
Emotional release, deep relaxation, or energetic shifts may arise — all are welcome and held in a safe, intentional container.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, blanket or layers, pillow, closed water bottle, and eye cover to allow yourself to be immersed in deep relaxation.

Practitioner Bio:
Virpal Kaur is a Reiki Master in the Usui lineage and founder of Rising Lotus Reiki. Rooted in the Sikh tradition and ancestral healing pathways, she guides individuals back to themselves through sound, energy work, and community-based ritual.
Her offerings include Reiki sessions, sound healing journeys, trainings, women’s circles, ceremonies, and retreats — all designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with inner truth.
Virpal weaves mantra, vibration, and lineage-based wisdom into her facilitation, holding grounded, heart-centered spaces where participants can rest, realign, and receive.
