Experience gentle, restorative sessions guided by New Dawn Wellness at RAG alongside current exhibitions, inviting grounding, intention and quiet reconnection. Session One – Wed 11 March 4.30-6pm: Grounding Within offers a calming return to stillness through guided meditation, embodied awareness, sound healing and a simple grounding ritual -supporting participants to reconnect with what steadies and sustains them.
Session Two – Wed 18 March 4.30-6pm: The Seeds We Carry explores intention and emergence, guiding participants to reflect on what they are ready to nurture, grow, or reclaim through sound healing and soft creative integration.
Attend one or both sessions as a flowing two-part journey. Each session is floor-based, inclusive and held with deep care for the gallery environment, ensuring the artwork remains untouched and honoured throughout.
Beginner friendly and suitable for 17yrs+.
