$30 for members, $40 for non-membersWe will journey together using a symphony of sacred instruments, including but not limited to crystal singing bowls, a small gong, drums, and chimes. We will start with mantras and breath then involve the instruments. These tools create a powerful, immersive soundscape that helps to detoxify the system of excess energy, stress, and mental chatter. If you sometimes find it hard to make space for yourself and find inner silence, join us for an opportunity in a community where that's the shared goal.
All are welcome: no prior experience with meditation or yoga is necessary.
What to bring: please bring your yoga mat, a water bottle or some tea, a cozy blanket, and a pillow for maximum comfort.
Sensory sensitivities: There will be incense and lots of different sounds and instruments. Most of your senses will be engaged and/or challenged. The light level will be low. There will likely be a small gong but not a large one. Feel free to bring musicians earplugs or a headband if you want something to help mellow the sound. There will be a section that the facilitators will not walk through.
