About this Event
On Earth, everything can make a sound. Sounds can transport us to other places, other moments. They can soothe and calm our bodies and minds. And at this time of year, the forest is offering us an array of sounds to enjoy.
For several years now, I've started collecting sounds from places and moments that were particularly meaningful to me. Just like I can flip through a photo album, I sometimes listen to my sound album. I close my eyes, and I'm there again. This is where this workshop takes its origins.
What will we do then?
We will walk to an area of the forest and will first take a moment to drop into our bodies. I will guide you through a sensory and mindul meditation to help quieten your mind and bring your senses to the forefront.
I will then invite you to listen in different ways to the sounds of the forest through different activities. And we will gather together to share about our experience and discoveries. And who knows, we might even create our own collective forest melody.
You will experience a different way to perceive the living world, and you'll feel the deep relaxation that mindful time with nature can bring.
NB: This event can be cancelled due to extreme weather condition. There is a minimum of 4 participants for the event to take place.
