Shanti Sound Bath sessions are returning to Bugle this May, and this one is a beautiful way to build energy and intention as we move toward the half‑term break. Join me on Wednesday 22nd May, Bugle Village Hall for a calming and restorative soundbath.

To help you settle in comfortably, feel free to bring an intention for the session, along with a yoga mat (or borrow one from me), a pillow, blanket, or anything else that keeps you cosy, relaxed, and ready for a deeply soothing sound journey.
