This is a transformative sound bath experience that will soothe your body, mind, and spirit. You’ll be guided through the journey to relaxation and inner exploration through movement, visualization and other exercises.
A sound bath is a therapeutic and meditative practice that involves the use of crystal singing bowls to create a calming and immersive auditory experience.
As the sounds wash over you, you'll be encouraged to relax deeply. Close your eyes, focus on your breath, and let go of tension in your body.
What to Bring:
