Sound Ceremony inspired by shamanic practices intended to promote a journey of self-discovery, deep relaxation, and peace. Instruments used include African djembe, crystal singing bowls, wave drum, Peruvian chakapa and maraca, tingsha bells, and vocal tones. Participants are encouraged to set an intention before the ceremony begins. Optional smudging with Palo Santo spray is available prior to start.
What participants should bring: Water, blanket, yoga mat, eye mask. Blankets and thin yoga mats will also be available in the space.
Event Fee: $22.22, pre-registration required. Walk-ins accepted with $25 cash at the door.

Ryan is a Sound Healer, Reiki Master, RYT-200, and eternal student who strives to always lead from the heart. Shamanic practices have taught him many lessons that he wishes to share with others through a blend of upbeat ceremony and unique sounds.
