Welcome! Join us as we come together & reconnect in FINAL W.O.W. session of 2024! Let's face it, we KNOW how to gather & honor each other as Women - ESPECIALLY during this season of clearning, releasing, preparation & connection!
W.O.W. Gatherings are currently reoccurring on a seasonal basis at the Bridge Healing Arts Center in Farmington.
Event Gathering Space ~ Serenity Studio
We incorporate topics/interests of our attendees & guests to curate unique and memorable experiences.
In this circle we will:
- Reflect on our individual & collective experiences and gain insights to how those lesson can inform us.
- Check our “reaction vs. response" mindset ~ Choose the path toward peace we desire & deserve (Don't be fooled, sometimes that means getting a little "feisty"!)
- Uncover obstacles & barriers and focus on how to begin moving forward in freedom & joy!
- We will identify and explore long held beliefs and focus on celebrating our growth & WINS.
- Explore self-awareness, recognized & overcome "limiting beliefs” & Nurture “self-talk".
- Release expectations, stress & overwhelm.
- Be seen & fully supported.

This gathering is intimate, warm, interactive & experiential. We welcome 12 Attendees.
Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Please feel free to:
- Dress comfortably/wear socks or slippers
- Bring a pillow/throw if desired
- Share your personal "gems & gold nuggets"
- Capture reflections in a Journal
- Bring a favorite snack/comfort food*
