Relax and Detox - Reiki and Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture SessionBy Gina Ferrara

Welcome detox, inner balance and release utilizing Ear Acupuncture and Reiki Healing Energy. 5 small sterile needles are used on the ear for detoxification, stress reduction, and deep relaxation. This process offers a physical/emotional release and connection to self that helps many to manage life's challenges. We will finish the session with a cup of warming detoxification tea.
Please Register soon - this will be a small group with limited openings.
What participants should bring: Water, a blanket and anything needed for your comfort. We will use the comfortable chairs/couches from the Hope Room during our seated session.

Gina Ferrara is a master of Reiki and sound/vibration, and an Auricular Acupuncture Specialist. She supports others using simple tools toward empowerment and overall wellness.
Through her business, Odonata Reiki Healing Arts, Gina offers courses, workshops and presentations for personal development and inner self-care. As well, Gina provides healing sessions to individuals, couples and groups. She is currently a teacher on the meditation app, Insight Timer.
